Adelaide residents are bracing for another rates hike as the council looks to fill a gaping hole in its budget.
Adelaide City Council was set to consider a 7.4 per cent rates rise and spending cutbacks on infrastructure improvements at tonight's finance meeting, in a bid to claw back $150 million in revenue.
Melinda Karydis worries a rates hike will reduce her number of outings in the city.
